Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Matt Blinkhorn has worked
in the culinary field for nine years. He attended the prestigious
Southeast Institute of Culinary Arts, graduating at the top of
his class with honors and special recognitions. He has worked
in the culinary field for over nine years and three of those nine
years he worked as an Executive Chef.
He brings
us fresh ideas, talent and has a vast knowledge of the culinary
arts, as well as a well-rounded managerial and business sense.
Matt's cooking style infuses a special blend of 'old school' cooking
techniques with the modern culinary world. His attention to detail
and strong emphasis on presentation, fresh ingredients, and efficiency
make him well-rounded chef and Big T's is proud to have him as
our Executive Chef.
